WWE news: Triple H confirms he is joining Kurt Angle in making a sensational return to wrestling
TRIPLE H is following fellow legend Kurt Angle by making a sensational return to the ring.
The King of Kings announced his comeback on Saturday as he prepares for his first match since WrestleMania.
The 48-year-old 14-time world champion will step back between the ropes to replace Kevin Owens during WWE’s tour of South America.
Owens returned home from the trip earlier today due a family issue.
But WWE has called on one of its biggest guns to fill in for him.
Triple H, who is married to Stephanie McMahon, confirmed the news via his Twitter account.
He wrote: “My boots are packed and I’m coming for a fight #WWESantiago.
“I’m headed your way. Chile, get ready… it’s #GameTime.”

But Raw GM Kurt Angle stepped-up to the plate and will wrestle in the WWE for the first time in 11 years when he joins The Shield to take on The Miz, The Bar, Kane and Braun Strowman.
Former heavyweight champ Bray Wyatt is another to pull out of the showcase due to the viral infection.
AJ Styles has now left the SmackDown brand’s tour in Chile and is flying to Minneapolis to appear at TLC.
He will fill in for Wyatt against Finn Balor at the event.
Following the illness outbreak, wrestling fans were worried for the health of Owens after news of his departure was leaked.

“Thank you to @WWE & the fans in Argentina and Chile for their support and understanding.”
